TURNPIKE, TRAVEL, & OVERNIGHT WORK
The project is taking measures to avoid and mitigate noise and traffic impacts from ongoing activities.
ON SITE
Retail plaza work consists of curtain wall glass and metal panel installation, observation and MBTA elevator detailing, and hardscape and landscaping at level 1 and 2 terraces
Sidewalk and roadway work around Boylston Street and the Mass Ave/Newbury Street intersection
For safety and logistical reasons, major deliveries and critical activities may be coordinated during off hours to limit impact to the public and roadways during peak travel periods

OTHER NEARBY WORK
Please continue moving safely while traveling along fixed work zones for the neighboring Fenway Center project.
There is underground utility work ongoing along Ipswich St. near the project site. This is separate from Parcel 12, but we want to make sure local travelers are aware when nearby.
Construction and maintenance work unrelated to this project continues along I-90 Westbound and Eastbound. This includes local utility and street work, rehabilitation of portions of the Dalton Street bridge and nearby highway barriers, other construction projects along I-90 and in the neighborhood, and routine road maintenance. These other construction activities may have noise and/or traffic impacts that are not covered in these BuildP12 project updates. We will strive to provide information about these as a courtesy wherever possible.
